Latecia's career spans over 21 years of distinguished service in the Marine Corps, where she honed her leadership skills across various roles including electrician, technician, recruiter, instructor, and HR manager, all contributing significantly to her diverse skill set.

Passionate about organizational development, Latecia specializes in leadership, personnel development, and innovative problem-solving methodologies such as human-centered design and user-centered research. Her proficiency in public speaking and process streamlining has consistently driven organizational efficiency.

Following her retirement from the Marine Corps, Latecia transitioned to serving as an Adjunct Instructor. Here, she played a pivotal role in teaching military, leadership, and managerial subjects to intermediate-level Marine Corps managers, nurturing their professional growth.

In her next professional endeavor as a consultant, Latecia provided essential services to various offices within the Veterans Health Administration, including the Bureau of Veterans Appeals, Office of Patient Advocacy, Office of Women's Health, and the Veteran Experience Office. Leading teams in the design, development, and delivery of professional training programs, she made a significant impact on over 1100 VHA employees.

Latecia holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management/Human Resources, an MBA, and an Master of Science in Organizational Leadership. Beyond her professional achievements she enjoys reading, running, spending time with family, and caring for her dogs.
